The Sea Cadets of Chattanooga Division got the rare opportunity to visit the Life Force Helicopter Operations Center and Hangar facilities at Erlanger Medical Center during their drill on April 5, 2007.

Their hosts, Life Force Flight Paramedics Jerry McDonald and Johnny Hale guided them through the facility where the cadets first visited the flight operations center where all emergency calls requesting the airborne ambulance service originates. There they were familiarized with weather radar, airborne helicopter locations, flight planning, and emergency disaster planning.
